Shuttle bus service from and to Eindhoven Central station/NWO Biophysics
At Eindhoven CS please follow the signs 'UITGANG NOORD/BEURSGEBOUW'. Walk through the exit and go directly to the right. After ~ 25 metres you will find the buses on your right (around the corner, Kennedyplein). Buses depart at 08:20 hrs and 08:40 hrs on Monday. On Tuesday 16:30 hrs the buses will bring you to back to Eindhoven CS and will wait if the programme runs longer. The buses will be located at the main entrance of NH Koningshof. Public transport buses 19 and 319 are also available, leaving from the bus station at Uitgang Noord.
Arriving at NH Koningshof
Upon your arrival you can store your belongings during the day in the cloakroom. You will pass the cloakroom on your way to the registration desk (Room 20). Checking into your hotel room is possible as of 15:00 hrs. Early check-ins are not possible. Participation during the day includes lunch. Breakfast is included if you are also staying the night.

COVID-19 safety
We highly encourage all participants to perform a COVID-19 self-test before travelling to Veldhoven. If you test positive to the virus you cannot participate. Please let us know as soon as possible if that is the case, especially when you are one of the speakers or chairs.
